Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch times
- Orders are usually dispatched the same day when placed before our daily cut-off
- Orders placed after this time, weekends, or bank holidays will ship the next working day
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent
Delivery times
We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours of dispatch.
While most parcels arrive within this timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Courier network delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, sales periods)
- Circumstances outside our control
If your parcel has not arrived after 72 hours, please contact us so we can investigate.
Couriers we use
We ship using fully tracked services from:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
The courier used for your order will always be confirmed in your dispatch email.
Tracking your order
All orders include full tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- A tracking link
- Courier details
You can:
- Track directly through your account on our website, or
- Use the courier’s tracking page

Please allow a few hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.
Missed deliveries & safe places
To help ensure successful delivery, you can:
- Add safe place instructions at checkout
- Leave delivery notes (e.g. porch, neighbour, shed)
- Use courier delivery preferences where available
If no safe place is provided and delivery is missed, the courier may:
- Attempt redelivery
- Leave with a neighbour
- Take to a local depot or parcel shop
You may need to rearrange delivery directly with the courier.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If:
- Tracking shows no movement for 72+ hours, or
- Your parcel is marked delivered but not received
