All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility

Processing times may be extended very slightly during peak periods, but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

While we work closely with our delivery partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched.
