Why are SugarDevil products non-returnable once opened?
SugarDevil products are considered hygienic cosmetic items.
To protect customer safety and product integrity, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
This policy is in line with UK cosmetic hygiene standards.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Can I return items without contacting you first?
