Eligibility to purchase
By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian), and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Using our Site
You agree not to use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to compromise the Site’s security, or to upload harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.). We may restrict or refuse access if misuse is suspected.

Orders & contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email and/or dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time (for example: suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, or misuse of promotions). If we cancel an order after payment is taken, you will be refunded.

Pricing, promotions & availability
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and product availability can change at any time without notice. Discount codes may have limits (expiry, one per customer, exclusions, minimum spend). We may withdraw or refuse promotions where there is misuse.

Product information & results
We aim to display product descriptions, images, and colours as accurately as possible, but your device/monitor may show colours differently. Results may vary by individual. Any guidance on our Site is for general informational purposes and does not replace professional advice.

Delivery (UK only)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We offer same-day dispatch on eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off (excluding weekends and public holidays). Dispatch times and delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by courier delays.

We use delivery partners including Evri and Royal Mail 48. Once an order is dispatched, tracking (where available) is provided by email. Please allow time for tracking to update after dispatch.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before ordering. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or fail. Where possible, we’ll help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.

Lost, delayed, or missing parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can’t find it, please check safe places and with neighbours/building reception. If it is still missing, contact us at info@sugardevil.co.uk and we will advise the next steps with the courier. Courier investigations can take time and are handled through their process.

Returns & refunds
Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases and forms part of these Terms. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details on eligibility, hygiene restrictions, return windows, and the process.

Hygiene & safety
For hygiene and customer safety, certain items may not be returnable once opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item, an item that arrives damaged, or a product that is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and availability.

Chargebacks & disputes
If you have an issue, please contact us first — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution and can result in your account being restricted.

Intellectual property
All content on this Site (including logos, product names, images, text, and design) belongs to SugarDevil or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use any content without written permission.

User content (reviews, messages, uploads)
If you submit reviews or messages, you confirm they are truthful, lawful, and not abusive, misleading, or infringing on someone else’s rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Third-party links
Our Site may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use third-party services at your own risk.

Limitation of liability
