Orders and Shipping
We aim to deliver all UK orders within 48 hours of dispatch. Orders are shipped quickly using tracked services so you can expect fast and reliable delivery.
You can create an account during checkout or by selecting Sign Up at the top of our website. Simply enter your details and set a password to manage your orders and track deliveries easily.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll update your address. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
All orders are fully tracked. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email which you can also view directly on our website through your account.
No. We do not store any card or payment details. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider for your safety and privacy.
All prices include UK VAT where applicable. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
Currently, we ship within the UK only.
We ship using Royal Mail and Evri, depending on your location and parcel size, to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please contact us first to authorise your return.
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away at no extra cost to you.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll resolve it quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions by email. Please use a tracked postal service to ensure the parcel reaches us safely.
