Trying a Sugar Devil product for the first time but didn’t love it? No problem — we’re here to help. When you place your first order with us, and it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll give you a full refund — even if you’ve already opened it. After all, your satisfaction comes first, and we want every experience with us to be a great one.

You can cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your items — no explanation needed. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging (if applicable).

30-Day Extended Returns (Our Policy)

We also offer a 30-day return window, giving you additional peace of mind.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Returned items must be unused and resaleable.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please write to us and we will share the return address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for expensive items, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
