Returns
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
Proof of purchase and your order number must be provided to avoid delays.
Returns sent without authorisation may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetic or personal care products
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Items marked as non-returnable
This does not affect your statutory rights if items are faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos where applicable
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
How to request a return
Before returning an item, contact:
Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns
- We recommend using a tracked service
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Funds typically appear within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card provider
If you have not received your refund after this time, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Order changes or cancellations
We process orders quickly to meet our delivery targets.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Changes may only be possible before dispatch.
