We dispatch all orders the same day, except Sundays. Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail 48, which aims to deliver within 2 business days, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your order leaves our premises, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages incurred during transit, including but not limited to delays caused by Royal Mail, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, as carriers may not leave packages unattended.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Resolution times may vary depending on the carrier’s investigation.
